Please help!!!

It just does not work. Crashes befor it starts and if that does not hapen it crashes few seconds after it starts. I hev XP,256M DDR, G- Force 4 MX440, AMD Athlon 1800, Teac CD-RW (52,24,52). Also teac is having troubles spining the CD.
Pleas help!!!
