NFS5 doesn't work

Hi,

After installing it (W98SE, 3D Prophet), it's not possible to set up the 3d (register key not found); and when i lauch the game, it 's ok with configuration, cars etc, but lauching the race make the sound in a loop and pc is blocked !

Can you help me ?
