I had the game runnig smoothly on my laptop under Win2k, so it is possible. Then I installed Norton Systemworks 03 (maybe 02, don't remember), and the game always keeps crashing after the intro. Got rid of Norton (junk anyways), but there are still some keys of it left in the registry that I can't delete (somehow protected), and those are keeping me from runnig the game. If you don't have the "Norton Problem", make sure you delete all NFS:PU registry keys, reboot, reinstall Porsche, BUT DO NOT INSTALL the game update function (you can do so later), since this prevents the game from being started immediatly. Exit setup, do reboot, and everything should work fine.
