Jedesmal wenn ich need for speed starten möchte, kommt kurz darauf die Fehlermeldung: "Showmad - no MAD chunks found. Und das Spiel bricht ab. Ich habe als Betriebssystem Win Me. An was kann dies liegen?

i can join internet games fine, from both of my machines, both the 1 running the cd and the one running a 'no-cd' crack. I can't host a lan game though and have the other machine join the game. Hosting on either machine lets the other machine view the game, but trying to join I get 'connect attempt failed' very generic error.
Wollte mal den Inetmodus von NFS-Porsche testen. Hab mich registriert und das Game "geaddet", dann hab ich versucht mich einzuwählen, kriege aber immer nur "Passwort und oder Username sind ist inkorrekt" oder so ähnlich. auch erneute Registrierung hat nix gebracht.

also, ich hab von nem kollegen NFS 6 bekommen (eine gebrannte CD). Ich kann diese aber nicht spielen.
der kollege meinte ich müsste eine exe datei verändern oder bräuchte eine crack.

Im getting a problem from an iso of the NFSHP2, whenever im in a race that has the z8 it freezes and exits to windows, i tried copying the car files over to my hard drive again, but it doesnt work, anyone has a clue what i could do, to keep playing?
try reinstalling the game or install the bug fix patch that is in the www.nfscars.net and download the offical patch that is in the NFSHP2 tool selection
Why dont you try to overwrite the Z8 with another car??? i think, you just have to delete the Z8 files and than copy another car and rename it to the Z8-Files.
also...need 4 speed porsche lief unter windows 98 gut, jetzt habe ich xp home und nachdem ich ein porsche ausgesucht habe (z.b. so'nen werksfahrer), geht der motor an...und dann bricht das programm ab:-(

Wenn ich das Spiel starte geht es auch soweit und er zeigt mir dann das Intro aber dann kommt ein Bild (wie bei jedem denke ich) LOADING (steht unten) und ab da geht nichts mehr kann mir bitte jemand helfen ???
jo also wenn manche das problem haben dass nfs 5 auf win xp net läuft dann müsst ihr in dem nfs ordner, c:\programme\electronic arts\nfs5 oder so ähnlich die datei "gimme.dll" löschen, dann geht es einwandfrei.
Das Problem hatte ich auch. Um für abhilfe zu schaffen musst du deinen Virtuellen Arbeitsspeicher runterstellen und ein Update installieren, mit dem veraltete Dateinen ersetzt werden. Machmal reicht schon eins von beiden manchmal musst du beides machen
Du muss mit der rechten Maustaste auf den Verknüpfung klicken und Eigenschaften auswählen.Dann Kompatibilität auswählen.Dann muss du unter Kompatibilitätsmodus klicken auf Programm im Kompatibilitätsmodus ausfüren für:Windows 95 dann OK und losgehts.
How i can get my NFS4HS to work under WinXP. When i try to start the game i will have a message which says "It's not a valid Win32 application". I tried the Applciation Compatibility in XP - it didn't help. Can someone help me!?

The problem with multiplayer, in my network, apear after the third player try to join.
I have plyed hundreds of times in 2 playermode with the same key.
