Was at SASCO the end of last week and found they still have some 15 and 16 inch truck wheels (will also fit the late '40s Commanders as well).
One of my five wheels had the center hub bent from the time I found and painted it. A few tire changers had taken a wood block and hammer to it, but it is still not perfect so that is why I was in the hunt for a single wheel. I want to put 6.70x15 bias ply tires (I know, I know...) back on the truck eventually, but I could not afford to buy five wheels.
This wheel (along with two others were on the floor) were in the display area, and Dave said there were more in the inventory. One of the wheels on the floor was a 16" wheel.
I wonder is 7-67 is the date it was built? Maybe Firestone had a contract that did not end when Studebaker stopped building trucks in the spring of 1964. Spare parts for zip-vans?
Here is the part number off the inner rim - anyone needing wheels might want to look them up.
