All the rubber get glued to the door. There's also some little retainers that mount with screws to help keep the WS in place. Part# 282929 Clip. On my Transtar, there's three of these along the WS that's on the bottom of the door. There's a few spaced along the upper WS as well. I can take a pic if you wanna see what they look like.
