Yes, the key is finding that electric wiper C-cab. Our swap meets are pretty thin as far a Studebaker parts and stuff goes. We have a good one in the spring and fall by the Shrine. I may have to make something or have it made. Of course it is not like I drive it in the rain. The vac motor was so bad that it wiped once in a 15 mile 30 minute trip the last time I drove it in the rain. That is why I am going to electric. I had an 62'Falcon that had a vac wiper motor and it would go crazy fast as long as you had your foot off the gas. Then it would struggle.
