I tried and run an Ohm reading on it and it seems as if it is all over the place. Sometime reads nothing and sometimes jumps up real hight. My question is what should I see when I check the ohms? Do I need a new sending unit if it jumps around or changes if I put some side pressure on the arm?
I was surprised to see a cork float I thought they had move to brass by this time!
