Got the exhuast back in place, and fired it up, smoked a bit for a while then cleared up. Shut it down checked for leaks, the dip stick tube where it goes into the pan was leaking, let her cool down and tightened the nut at the pan and re fired, leak seems to be gone. Have an issue with the electric fuel pump. It won't sometimes, guess I will get a new one. Settled into a nice idle,no knocking, thumping, banging or other noises. An occasional miss and slight pop through the carb, maybe sticky intake valve (hopefully some run time and a couple heat cycles will address it.

Is 55 psi of oil pressure to much for cold idle???? Running 15w 40.

Gotta hang another rear fender, cobble up the e brake lines, only gotta work once a year for state inspection, adjust the shifter cable a bit. Then put the hood on and patch and plug all the uneeded fire wall holes.

But is sounds good and rolls on its own power...Could be a trip to the DMV in the near future.
