Well, I can't use one of the home made pullers shown because my gearshift (on column) interferes... I assumed that I could easily remove, or least move aside, the shift lever, but no, the top cap only slides upward and off.... AFTER you take off the steering wheel.
So I'm waiting delivery of a bearing splitter and will be hoping it will fit it under the wheel in that small space...
