I bought a 2R6 and plan to put it on a 96 GMC Sierra 1500 frame. I am just starting....the fender-to-fender distance for these is the same (~78 inches), so it looks like it might work. Need to take more measurements (hub-to-hub), but even if an offset rim is required I want to use the GMC (since I own it). Any advice any of you have would be appreciated. Of course the GMC wheel base will have to be reduced to the 2R6 112 inches. Again, any advice is welcome.
