Not trying to be smart, but is there some reason why think you need one. Do you drive on roads with a lot of potholes or do you experience steering wheel shimmy when you're going straight down the road ?
If the latter is the case, then maybe your steering box is worn or out of adjustment. Occasionally I experience a little steering wheel shimmy in my truck which I attribute to something being out of whack, but it comes and goes and is very slight. But to answer your original question, I think you'll have to search the aftermarket vendors for what you're looking for. Probably an off-road vendor.
