C-Cab Question

I installed the fancy turn signal system that automatically shuts off but it doesn't have indicator lights. They are easy enough to add but I'm having trouble finding ones I like. I saw these on ebay:

Question: Do these come apart and mount in a hole in the dash?
I'm guessing that they are held tight against the dash panel by the spring?
