I found another glove box door. Cut holes for my gages (VDO tach, speedo, water, volts, oil, temp). Very little room for all to fit inside the flange on the dashboard hole, and it took a bit of jockeying to get all the gages in. Reused the bottom hinges just fine, but the latching knob spring wasn't strong enough to hold the new panel from unlatching on a good bump. Also, when the new panel hinges down, it only opens part way before it hits the steering column. It still opens far enough to make rewiring much easier. All-in-all, a worthwhile modification.
