Motor freed up today! She wasn't stuck too bad and I am very suprised given that I think the truck has been parked for maybe 40 years!
Definitely has compression (haven't put a gauge on it yet) so that too is a plus.
Fuel pump seems to be working
Carburetor - hard to say. Cleaned it all out and everything that us supposed to move does move
Wiring is scary some wires are pulled, stripped or broken. I think I just need to pull out all the wiring except for the starter, coil and ignition then see put a battery in...... and see whats next?
