And my guess is a little too clean for an actual original factory interior. I think that is really a redone interior using original materials. Unless it was stored in a garage for it's entire life and cared for very well, it just seems a little to clean and crisp to be factory original from day 1. But, even still it does appear that it could have been done exactly as original, or at least very close. I'm am not enough of a Champ expert to tell. Regardless, it does look very nice. Agree, it would look a lot nicer with a pair of valve covers under the hood instead of just one.
