Yes, this incorrect illustration was discussed a few years ago. It's worth bringing it up again. Aside from the arrows pointing to the incorrect locations on the frame, the parts listing and illustration are correct. It can be a big help in remembering the order of all the small parts.
The C-cab cab mounts were only changed once -- between the E and 2E series. Springs were used on the 2R through E, and rubber doughnuts of various lengths from 2E on. One of the front mounts is hard-mounted without a spring/rubber, and one of the rear ones goes into a threaded hole in the cross member, and doesn't use a nut. All four bolts are different lengths.
