      Here in Washington state not to many years ago you'd be stopped in a heart beat and ticketed without haveing fender's or mud flap's. But now I see rat Rod's 4X4's and so on without any fenders. Seems the law on collector vehicles and so on have brought a stop to the Fender law here. However seeing I'm in the Rain captipal "the pacific north west" anyone running without any fenders will have a problem in the rain, if your blinding people with spray I'm sure the cop's would have something to say about it.
