For no particulary good reason, this expat Aussie guy drives out to the POM showground late one night, and goes for a walk around.
The next day the Police find his body. He had been beaten over the head several times with a blunt object, slashed 6 or seven times with a bush-knife, stabbed a dozen times, and shot three times.
The investigating officer stated. "This is the worst case of suicide, I have seen in my career."

Reminds me a white female uni (new) student in POM in the late eighties, she decided to take jog in the early hours of the morning (completely ignorant of POM’s crime situation) and was packed raped by some rascals.
