"Second chance" is just when a player at somepoint in the TF Block gets thrown through the rotating gates and into the water. In story, they have a set seconds to get back into the ring before they are truely eliminated. So ppl that are said to have second chance need to be thrown out of the ring like that and they return back into the ring.

Each "TF Block" is a post. So, each TF Block will have a set amount of time before the next TF Block is posted.
