There is no way on God's green earth you could possibly be doing those numbers on your own. The only way would be if you have no debt and just walked into a thriving practice that a relative gave you. I'm not trying to be smart, but there are young pods out, who do not come from weathly families, that are not even in the ballpark of what you quoted you are making.
