prospective studentsby Stu Pod (no login)Sure, read this forum and especially the disclaimer below. However, also read the daily Podiatry Online and PMNews newletters which can be mailed daily to your e-mail address for free. If you get a larger sampling of our profession I think you will agree that it is NOT weak, lacking in integrity, etc., etc. In fact, I think the profession has made great strides in recent history, and the new residency models and recent salary surveys seem to show that we'll continue to make even greater strides in the future. It stinks that possibly some deserving folks have missed out on surgical training in the past, but it looks like steps are being taken to eliminate that possibility in the future. I'll agree that the profession is not perfect (and what profession is?), however, it is a profession that I'm proud to be a part of, and I look forward to working with others to make it even better in the future. My opinion. from IP address 12.75.115.31 Goto Forum Home |
