Question

Why is it that someone can express their positive opinion and get bashed by various individuals until its dropped. But if a negative statement is written then it goes on for 3 pages. I understand that podiatry might be or has been a bad choice for some people but you have no one to blame. The choice was made simply by yourself and no one held a gun to your head. Of course, there is always the cry that "Podiatry schools got me to do it". Well, how about a little thing called research and talking to people who can be seen working (not online nagging about the career choice they made). I know you are thinking that you are trying to help someone not to do it, but if they want to let them. There are 93 pages of negativity and I think that should be enough for someone to determine what they want to do. If you really dislike the field get another job. I know that 180K is a lot of money but its no reason to sit in something that you hate. What do you think is going to happen, garnish your 5.15/hr wage? Please...

Personally, I am not for the field or against the field but I do hate to see someone dwells in their tears b/c its not what they expected. In fact, its simple to find the criers in the group, just look at how many people will take the time to sit there, bash this email, pick out what is wrong with it b/c life is nice and peachy for them. Dont you think that if you have that kind of time to cry, then you should have enough time to get a part time job at Wendy's to pay what you do owe b/c of a "bad choice" you made? Perhaps with that relief you can quit the DPM thing and move on to your version of a nice job like Wendy's management or (if you work really hard) janitor. All I can say, is that I have now wasted 5 minutes writing this and its more time than I should have wasted writing this to stop the crying. With that in mind, this should be my last email.
