Borrow very wisely, never more than you absolutely need and pay it back along the way if you can some. Or if you have family resources be thrifty with those. In any event that although it seems like a hell of a lot of money right now, do not wilt, there is a fine well paying job at the end of the tunnel. You'll make back your podiatry tuition in the first year of practice. Mind you I didn't say all the interest and living expenses etc, but the tuition will be recouped before you know it.
