Please forgive me, but that's a bunch of rubbish. As far as contract medical work, face it, it is the future. NPs, PAs and boat loads of FMGs will ensure cheap generalist health care for America's future. If/when they could find a way to cheaply train specialists, as they seem to have with radiology, they'd replace the rest of us too.
