DPM drop out

I started this year at a podiatry school. I was very hopeful of the program when I started, excited to become a podiatrist. When classes started, there were 78 people in my class, plus about 210 people in the 3 years ahead of me. I started to think, how can the market handle all of these new podiatrists that the schools keep pumping out year after year?
Podiatry school is 4 years long and very expensive, I thought to myself, is it worth $200,000 in debt to become a podiatrist and enter a market that is already saturated with podiatrists.
Now I'm working full-time, retaking the MCAT, GRE, hoping to get into a program that has real potential for a job when I get done!
