      Dear Sir/Madam:

Your comments are also assertions, and case reports based on your personal experiences. Discounting the govt. stats which the APMA gives to them and therefore are inherently biased, how do explain the overwhelming student loan debt and no loan repayment plans of action, the exploitation of students, residents driving to the hinderlands to watch or trim nails, or watch a bunion? Is there a standardized, comphrehensive, mandatory in-training residency exam for ALL? I too "graduated from PSR-36, and most of the graduates are struggling. The "attgs" did very little with the exception of setting up a 1 day afternoon clinic at a satellite locale for a resident, in the meantime he stocked grocery shelves--I will take polyograph to back this.

In podiatry, some do well, some don't --just like in life. However, for 150K in student loans--ALL should be doing quite well.
