There is an old Trafford Jets picture on the Phoenix forum, the players include Chris Mills, Dave Fenlon, Mark Hobson, Kev Kinsella, Nige Higgs, Nick Crawley and coaches Brian Collier and Steve Nurse. I know some of the other kids first names but I can't remeber the surnames, so feel free to add.
I know the the guy with the Winnipeg jersey was a Canadian guy whose son is squashed down in the bottom row.

Some may be a bit wrong. If so please help me out. I can't remember the name of the lad on the back row with dark hair.

I dont think Chris Mills played for the Jets Nips. I'm sure he went straight to the Tigers because he only started playing in what would have been his final year with the Jets. We all thought it was a bit daft at the time, but that was a club rule.

I reckon its Paul Hickey with the long black hair! (Nick, have you always been the smallest one on the team)!

Yep I'm usually the smallest, however Sean Connolly was smaller than me that year... Mind you he was only 12 at the time I was 15 in my first year playing. It seems like 50 years ago.

I'm pretty sure it is hickey. Look at all those dodgy hair cuts on there!! Can't beleive so many people were completely ignorant of who the jets were.
They obviously never heard clip boards' chart topping tune. "Jets... der ner ner ner ner ner ner..... Jets...." What a warm up song and a half that was!

They used that song the year I moved up to the Tigers (the year after the photo). I thought the song was pants at the time but hey, maybe I was just jealous

I think the first one is fats, certainly looks like him, second, from left to right is Si Mills, Danielle Goodwin and Wes Goodwin, next is a rather gay looking Wes, then Chris Berrymen (or however you spell his name), I remember his dad turning his wooden leg upside down at the front of the bus on the motorway and nearly causing a pile up, then it's Buster, aka Andy Bruce, aka Ana, aka son of clipboard, and last, but not least is Martin Smithy, aka Smithy, aka wingnut!
