Not really.

Firstly, Cardiff council have been dragging their feet regarding who is going to operate the rink, meaning that nothing had been done regarding ice time, plant mainatinence etc.

Secondly, they had an accident on the building site whereby part of the structure collapsed, heavily delaying the build (It is about 1 month behind schedule thanks to the accident and the off ice problems).

Like I said before, i think we will open a week after the given date, maybe 2 weeks at the most. Of course, i could be wrong, but there is nowt wrong with trying to be positive.

Sorry your optimism was ill founded.
