It is with the saddest of hearts that I have to make this posting.

Paul Fox, Arans dad passed away on Friday evening at only 38 years of age.

I would also like to add that at last nights Phoenix match they made an announcement on this sad news for which the fans gave a standing round of a applause and then a minutes silence.

This was fantastic response in the saddest of moments and I would like to thank everyone of you.

Like everyone who knew Paul we are deeply shocked and saddened by this news. Our hearts go out to Aran and his family for their loss. Paul had a ready smile and sense of humour that warmed up many a frozen midnight hour watching the kids train. He always had a good word for the kids, win, lose or draw. We will always think of him promising Aran his 'CHICKEN DINNA' for playing well.

Keep playing well Aran, the courage you showed for your dad this weekend is an example to us all.
