Leafs Out, - Class act by DevilsApril 9 2007 at 7:06 AM | Hockey Fan |
| The Leafs couldn't have been happy with New Jersey's choice for a starting goalie. Backup Scott Clemmensen got a rare nod from coach Lou Lamoriello in place of all-star Martin Brodeur.
Making just his sixth appearance of the season, Clemmensen stopped 25 shots in regulation and overtime, but allowed shootout goals to Miroslav Satan and Kozlov before Ryan Smyth fired wide with a potential game-winning attempt.

Only sad thing about the Leafs being out is that means there'll be less HNIC coverage on NASN.
Anyway, you qualify over the entire season, not one night and not by hoping another team does you a favour.
Let's go Rangers ....... (and Flames too) | |
