I was walking through Borders Books today and noticed an article on B-25 "Gunships" on the cover of one of the magazines. I thought that some of the members of the 38th who have been waiting for the book to come out might be interested. Its not a book but at least it mentions the 38th. It is primarily about Pappy Gunn with the 3 BG but has several pictures of 38 BG aircraft and some text about them. The magazine is "World War II" (of all things) and it is the January 2004 issue.
I was sorry to read that the 38th BG Association is considering shuting down. I enjoy reading the newsletter and have always thought of you guys as being around forever.
