Heard a lot of your lads banns run out at end of season.

These lads going back into FV next season then? Or giving up?

Shame, remember a few offs with your lot and i must say you were one of the gamest firms i have come across. Football violence is practically dead these days, your lucky to get even 1 off in a season. Even when you do its not like it used to be, plus you get the OB at door week later.

Good post fella, fv is dead and buried except for the so-called 'youth' firms, but what the fuck do they know. Not their fault but they've totally missed the boat.
Plus after thirty odd years the ob are finally on top. Its not worth risking the heavy sentence your bound to get if convicted.
My bans up early next season but I dont think I'll even go back to Oakwell. The game is run by wankers who want to see grounds full of families and replica-shirted numpties and played by over-paid mercenries who dont know the meaning of the word loyalty.
Still dress casual though and forever searching ebay for that elusive pair of deadstock adidas or that rare osti coat. Once a casual always a casual eh?

R&R to all the real lads.

Never a truer word said you are right on the button with your comments. We are coming up on Saturday to watch another crap game of footy. To be honest mate if it was not for the fact that I met up with a few mates for some drinks I would not bother either. In fact I might not even go to the game it spoils a good day out. If you want to see a load of numpties just look out for the planks that will get off our official supporters coaches. Nothing more than an embarrasment. The 80s were good times but am glad it has all finished now I am too old for all the hastle now. Just some info from you if you can spare the time. Is there any places we should avoid ie pubs and you mentioned the OB, I take it they are a bit quick off the mark with feeling peoples collars.

All the best

Should think your ok in pretty much any pub in town now. Dunt know about your lot, but our banning orders dont let us go within 2 miles of the town centre 4hrs before and 4hrs after the game. South Yorks plod are utter twats who will lift yer for owt so watch yersenns.
Away fans coming on the train are usually met by plod and took to a boozer on the edge of the town centre called the 'Prince'. A shithole but its got a good juke box! Though ob wont let you move from there.
Like a said, FV has been totally wrapped up in Barnsley, aint been no real trouble for 3 or 4 years. Though obviously if lads come up giving it the biggun theres usually some lads who'll respond.Same down your way I should imagine.

yes mate you are absolutely right the same down here. I am happy to be put into any pub as long as i can have a drink and a laugh with no grief. We had a good time up thers a few seasons ago but spent our time drinking in a leisure centre!!!!!. The footy for ex lads now is all about putting on a bit of a show and letting people know you are still about without all the bollox attached to it. Its never going to get back to how it was in the 80s but at least we have our memories and can tell a good war story over a few pints. My lumps and bumps have gone now from when we thought we were harder than actually were but fuck it good days.
Appreciate the replies lads.

Yet another cunt who has watched to much Football Factory, coming out with remarks like that (mugs) never heard that comment did you before Danny Dyer used it.

One of our lads, spoke to a main Leeds lad the night before and told you we was'nt coming, you are still rambling on about this 2-3 months after, when all you was done was given the run-around by the BYS shows how much of your own time you wasted.

Now please fuck off and die please, preferably by fainting, cracking your head open then dying extremely slowly over the next 4 days .
