Necesito alguien me traduzca un texto del ingles ,(es para una venta.)

Hola a todos/as !!
Pues el caso es que vendo un radiocd, y me ha salido un comprador de USA, y me ha escrito preguntando por el anuncio y no lo entiendo bien, tambien he probado ha traducirlo en un traductor online, pero aún lo entiendo menos.
Por eso pido porfavor la ayuda de alguien que me pudiera hechar un cable y traducirmelo.
Aver si al final se lo puedo vender al americano.
