Greetings all,

Just a quick question on glue. I am on my second unit....it is 64 lace and I use st-30 on sides and back and ultra hold on front. I need to order some more products and wondering if I should try another glue. Any recommendatons?

Jason

You didn't say why you want to try another glue, that is, what problem(s), specifically, you're trying to solve.
Anyway, I've used the CP creme glue, the Oil Resistant White Glue, and BaseBond.
All work well for me and give me a solid week hold with no problems.

Ok, as I mentioned, I get a weeks hold out of any of those 3 that I mentioned.

Good advice by TJ, keep in mind one or all may work for you.

CP CG, worked great for me, was my glue until I switched to all ST30.

Basebond didn't.

How about you try using all ST-30? I was using Ultra hold in the front like you but then decided to try ST-30 all the way around & a strip down the middle. It's the best! easy clean up! & you'll get a week solid easily.

If you decide to try other glues, you can try the CP ORWG trial size for like 5 bucks or something.

My advice to you is try the ST-30 all around the unit.I did and this is the way to go IMO.
