April at Hair Works in Frederick, Maryland (301.695.4548) cuts in my pieces. She is competent and genuinely cares about her clients. She does not have as much experience as Debbie (Maine) or Carmen (Central NJ), but she does a good job and I recommend her! I do not remember what she charges.

I have seen EZ hairpieces many times, They look brilliant and if that stylist cut them in, Well you wont be far wrong in my opinion.
