Alright guys, I've attached some pics of my current situation. Any feedback will be appreciated. Density, color etc...What color on the color chart would my hair closest match? How difficult would it be to achieve the look I'm after? What density given my sides do you guys recommend. I also posted a pic of the style I'm sorta trying to achieve. Thanks.
I laugh because everyone always posts Pitts or Beckhams pics.
Hilarious. And unrealistic for you.
TBH if you really want Pitts hair you need to do a full cap because your hair will never look like Pitts because you don't have the same density in your side and back hair, also it isn't the same texture.
Newbies, don't pick these styles if your own hair can't support it.
I would say a more realistic approach would be to start at like 62% density freestyle to match your current hair. Maybe less.

I don't think he expects to start looking like Pitt once he gets hair. I think this is just something "close" to the hair style he is looking for and length on top. People pick these photos because they have cool hair. Why would you post a pic of someone with a bad style. I think that style is fine, you just need to match up density with your sides and back. Send in a sample for the hair color.

Sniper, it's great that you get such a kick out of me posting a Pitt pic, but to be honest I know I don't have Brad pitts hair density nor do I expect to achieve his density. that photo was merely to give an indication of the type style I want.(the wake up in the morning messy type style)The reason I posted pics of myself was so that I can get some constructive advice in regards to density/color... but thanks for the response. I was thinking between 60-65% myself.
Just a side note, my side hair is currently shaved down to about a 1/4" my pics may not portray this along with my hathead.
looks can be deceiving Mo, I'm kinda sporting a not so obvious combover. I am thin in the crown also but I do get decent results overall with concealers.
I had friends tell me when I was in my early 20's that I'd be bald by 30, not quite bald but getting there. lol
Don't listen to the naysayers! Of course you can have hair like Pitt, it's pretty easy to achieve, and he isn't even showing a complete hairline. Just get the colour right and maybe some highlights. And make sure to use hair along the temples so you can have a nice hairline and you will get that look easily - I've done it and my loss is the same, and maybe worse than yours in the temples.
these hair systems are very good - of course you can have hair like Pitt, why not? just match it with the sides and style it.
Thanks Colin & Sam. Now its just mustering up the courage to take the leap again. I still need to make my template which I'll try and take care of that this weekend. I'd still like some feedback on what density to go with as well as hair color. I will be sending in a hair sample with my first order but I'd like to be able at some point to order stock colors from a color ring. MB believes my hair color is closest to a #2, do you guys agree?
Colin and Sam, you both have some of the best results I've seen on this board and I appreciate your advice. Thanks.(Jake, you too.)

This is basically what I was trying to say earlier in this thread. I sent a picture to Debbie of the "style" I was trying get close to and she cut it to that length. From there, it was all up to me to style it. You can get close to a certain style, but in the end, you still have to come up with your "own" style.
