Front HL touch up without getting glue on lace...

When I was using glue at the HL, to do the front touch up I would lift the front lace, and use a magazine page folded up and do the mag page slide on my exposed front forehead and also the flipped up lace.

Then, to apply the glue to the forehead without getting any on the lace and also getting the glue right up to the still glued lace, with the lace still flipped up and clipped back I would apply the glue to one side corner of a business card then apply to forehead, that way with the glue on only one side of the business card, it wouldn't get on the lace.

Just trim the business card back on the next touch up.

Takes a little practice, but eventually I was able to get a nice even coat of glue on my melon without getting any on the lace.

Just don't put too much on the business card when starting out.

And don't apply the glue to the very edge of the business card, leave about a mm of the card without glue, it will spread to the edge when you start to apply it to your melon.

The little spatulas that come in the JFM box work pretty well too.
