i have a few old pieces lying around and was wondering if i could cut these and make a couple small temple flaps to add with my current piece. any experiences or ideas welcome and appreciated. thanks

Yeah its possible. I never did it, but im sure its possible. If you just cut away the right part of the old unit to use as the flaps in the right shape and density should be fine. U could stitch them onto your hair system, or attach them separately.

I can tell you from experience that flaps on the side of your head are under more scrutiny than your topper is, and require more blending skill. They blend much better if you et a full cap.
