I am a newbie (2 weeks). I used the st-30 and wore it for 4 days. When I took it off, I had big red sores on my head. I am not wearing it now. Has anyone else had an allergic reaction? I ordered a different kind of tape, red liner sensi-tac, so maybe that will help. I also ordered scalp scrub and scalp protector.

I know this has been reported before by a few people, but I've never had anything other than some redness if I don't use enough alcohol when removing it because it does have an extremely good hold to it. My redness went away after about a day, and I've always made sure to use plenty of alcohol to get the tape to release completely now.

Like anything else, some adhesives can bother a persons skin and the only way you can find out the easy way is to do the "patch test" for a day or two on the inside of your arm, etc. before applying the adhesive to your head.

I had the same problem when I first used it just like you Eric...But if you use plenty of release you won't have the problem with the redness...Mine dissappeared completely.Cheers
