Everyone should be trying..

ST 30 TAPE!!

If it doesn't work for you, at least you tried, If it does, its about to make wearing hair much better!! Even if you just use it for the perimeter, TRY IT AND SEE IF IT WORKS FOR YOU!

IMHO its for anyone who wears. Even for 1 or 2 days, granted its very strong, but a bit of 99% on a Q tip and rubbing at it, you will get it off no problem and clean up is virtually non existent!

Didn't work so well for me.

Actually, it's more of a nape issue than anything, and the only thing that holds really well there is blue liner.

My current attachment I used Supertape and to tell you the truth I think it's a little stronger than ST-30 for me. It lifted at the nape after a couple of days just like ST-30, but the overall "stickiness" of it is incredible.

Might have to go to UH on the nape if the tape thing doesn't fly.

Worked ok for me except in the front.
No matter how thin I stretched it, after a couple of showers the front tape seemed to absorb some of the water and swell up, becoming visible.
The sides and back (and front) all held just fine, however NRT tape holds just a well (I no longer use tape in the front) for how I wear and it's a lot cheaper than the ST30.
Also, as the name implies, the NRT leaves no residue at all.
The ST30 leaves a little residue (on me anyway).
So, I use NRT and that's why I use it.

Yo JRob,
Even stronger than blue liner is Duraflex tape.

Dino-

Did a brief test with Duraflex and (initally anyway) it didn't stick as tight as the Supertape.

I am gonna try a full attach this week with the Duraflex for the first time and see how it goes.

It's too bad blue liner breaks down into a bloody mess after about 5-6 days, cause that stuff would probably keep the piece on my head for weeks.

I use Duraflex if I need a 6 or 7 day attachment on an all lace piece and I will be in the ocean for some of that time. After the 6 or 7 days, it's still a challenge to get the piece off.

yeh i gotta be honest this st30 tape is the best thing for hair wearers.

ive been using it for like 3 months now and theres no question about it.. its better than glue in most ways.

theres only one downside i see to the st30 tape.
for myself.. its not as undetectable around the edges as glue.
i dont care how thin u stretch it the glue is thinner!
and every now and then you get some slight crinkles in the system.
with glue its much easier to get the system completely flat with a little stretching. tape is a bit more challenging and even after a few days those crinkles come back.

so to be honest for us younger wearers its def a little easier for a girl to feel an edge but you know i say **** it.. who cares.. those moments which it might happen what are u gonna do it..its worth all the added benefit for that one downside!

otherwise.. in every other way the tape is better.
front hairline looks better except if the density is like below 55%
the hold is better
the tape responds amazing to showering and shampooing which i now shower and shampoo every single day!
no residue in the hair
almost no residue on the lace when you take it off.
less supplies to carry on the road travelling.

and another thing i want to add to this post. this weekend after 2 yrs of wearing.. my brother came to my house when i was doing weekly mainteance and i had to tell him since i had no hair on my head when he knocked and he was blown away! he couldnt believe it.. 2 yrs with my brother who i am very close with.. and over the last 2 yrs there has been plenty of times that i have quesitoned whether it looks real or like a piece..he never once suspected it..

therfore.. it is my conclusion that most regular people just dont notice all the things we notice and we worry over things thta people dont even suspect.. it made me feel quite good that he was in shock!

The st-30 is great for sure......Can hold for 2 weeks if need be without a problem....Now if we can only get a glue to hold on the hairline for more then 3 days without a touch up we will be in great shape

What are you talking about? I attached my piece with i-glue on the hairline, and it lasted 1 full week with no touchups.

I used water to release it, and it came off very easily, and the clean up was very simple.

Mr.Burns wonders what glue you are using? Maybe cp water-resistant glue..!

Okay BA...I`ll be watching

Mr.Burns,i have tried every glue on the market and i have had no luck with them....A touch up is needed every 3 days......No problem,i can live with that....Touch ups only take a few seconds.
