I get asked this question a lot, How you tell the difference between French and Swiss lace ? Its the hole size Swiss Lace #2 in the photo is the one with the larger holes and theoretically there is less material to hide.

Regards BA.

Can you put a micrometer on that and list the hole sizes of both.

Also, do a stretch test with 10 lbs, 20 lbs, and 30 lbs of pressure applied equally to both sides when stretched and list the holes sizes at each pressure.

Also, can you also apply glued to head with 10, 20 and 30 lbs of pressure equally applied and list the hole sizes after one day, two days and three days.

Also, can shoot each with a air pistol using 5 mm bbs from 10 feet, twenty feet and thirty feet and measure the hole sizes after each shot.

Also, can you have two girls pull each with equal pressure and list the elapsed times until breakage.

Also, can you wash each 10, 20 and 30 times and take measurements after each washing.

Also, can you run each over with a 50000 lbs steam roller and take pic of the results.

Also, can you shoot each out of a cannon and list the results.

Also, you try chewing through each one and list which lasts longer.

Also, can you glue to your face and see how long it takes for someone to notice.

Also, fill with 100 lbs marbles and list which one holds the most marbles.

Also, can you glue a small piece to your nose and see if anyone notices.

Also, can you do this with all the colors too.

Just though I would cover all the questions for the noobs.

I can guess who wants the micrometer readings.

But not quite sure about the cannon shot.

lol i used to be a lace fanatic, and always wondered what would work best for me before I wore. the best way to know is to try it. I do believe in samples, but dont go overboard like I did lol. But i think asking questions, measuring, even seeing pictures isnt going to give you an answer. the best answer is to put it on your skin and see how it blends in for you.

<<Also, you try chewing through each one and list which lasts longer.>>

This info can come in very handy. I visit the zoo frequently (my girlfriend lives there) and worry that if a tiger escapes and attacks me that, at some point during the mauling, my piece will be bitten off and I will be busted. I'd die of embarrasment if that were to happen!
