Why isn't Massimo handling European orders anymore?

Does anything change with ordering directly from you? I mean do you have templates and haircolors etc. from European customers?

And how do you access the European forum, I couldn't find it on the Toplace Italy homepage...

Because Massimo has going missing for the second time, Enough is a enough he his no longer apart of this operation.

The template and hair sample sent in to Massimo previously will be on file at the factory mate.

Massimo put that website up and we will take it down as soon as we locate him, For all we know he could be seriously ill in hospital or at worse dead, So leave it out for now will ya.

As for all the orders I have told you I am taking care of them a lot of the orders sent to Massimo are in the factory and anyone who has ordered WILL get thier order, Simple as.

Its me you are dealing with now and if I say I will take care of it, I will that is a nailed on fact you got a problem you contact me.

Nobody and I mean nobody ever fails to get what they order from Toplace because I back it 100% and further to that we are not a one man operation like other companys Myself,John,Debbie or Mike are all at hand to help with any problems so relax mate its all being taken care of.

I have to say, from experience the above statement is true. You will get what you order and if you don't, toplace will make 100% sure it gets sorted, and that is a fact.

Thanks Patrick for being understanding, People just like to stir trouble without knowing any facts.

I dont know 100% what has happended to Massimo, But what I do know is that it is very serious indeed as the last time I spoke with him on the phone he had major personal problems, Is he alive or dead ? Honestly it could be either I honestly dont know. I would ask that people just contact me straight away if they need anything and leave Massimo out of this for now, When I have any news I will let everyone know as obviously customers have a right to know, But something things in life happen from time to time that we just have no control over, I pray my good friend Massimo is ok but some how I fear the worst.

It is really sad to hear about Massimo's end in the bussiness, and the weird way it happened, but I know for a fact that spaniard&french customers are gonna sigh and feel relieved once and for all without him on board, because it is being kind of a nightmare having to deal with him.
I still remember from my days in Poland, he lost 2 of my orders, washed his hands and did not reply any of my emails and such&such. In other words he did not care enough about customers=the bussiness.

However, here in the USA, with super helpful&professional guys like John&BA, things are by all means the other way, orders are impecable and deadlines met. We'll see shortly howToplace regains the prestige missed in Europe and conquer it again.

Congratulations to Toplace US, you kick ass!!!
