Didi my stylist in NYC recomended I try this as I also have run into the shine problem under strong lighting, its not bad but it does highlight the areas I'm trying to blend. I asked her and she said there really is no way to remove the shine, its has something to do with live follicles and dead follicles. She said the best thing is to just add shine to my own hair with this product.

IC Hair polisher made by Fantasia and comes in a blur bottle. I went to one beauty supply store but they didnt have it.

yes, BA used to use that product. its a good product and very economical.
there are several shine serums on the market.
