Which I read as asking if the units that are under 65% density automatically come with single strand.
I have never gotten a TL unit with single strand ventilation. Even the last custom that I ordered, at 55% density and requested single strand didn't come that way. It came single
knotted (in the very front only), but certainly not single strand and everything behind the very front was not even single knotted, but double knotted instead. I was a little surprised to see the double knotting on that low of a density unit, especially when single strand ventilation was requested with the custom order.
Anyway, my original reply was to the understanding that what was being asked was "do units under 65% density automatically come single strand" and I answered "no", based on the all the units that I've received.
I've only asked for one custom to be single strand, the others (stock and custom) I didn't specify one way or the other.
Anyway, maybe things have changed with the factory in the 5 months since I ordered the last custom, but, at least up to that time, they were not single stranding anything that I've gotten.
Note, this is NOT a complaint, please don't take it that way. It's simply an observation based on my experiences with the units that I've received.
