I'm nearing 1 month since I started wearing a partial. Things have smoothed out a lot with practice and with everyone's advice here. No one has noticed a thing. I have even received compliments from a few friends who thought I must have gotten a new haircut. And although I told my gf, she seems to forget about it most of the time too.
I've gone on with my life as usual.. playing ice hockey, martial arts, working out.. Pretty awesome..
Anyways, the reason for this thread is because I know eventually I'm going to have to cover my crown which is also thinning. I have tons of thick hair in between my current frontal partial and my crown though. Has anyone been in the same situation before, and successfully been able to cover both areas without shaving everything in between?
Other than my question, I want to thank everyone for their support. I honestly feel much better about myself now that I did something about my appearance, and I probably wouldn't have had the guts to do it without knowing I could come here for advice.
