When u use this product do you have to use on a daily basis or does it for a good period of time?

ADF color will last anywhere from 3 -5 shampoos, the color will diminish with every shampoo depending on the type of shampoo and the temperature of the water. The best news is it cannot harm your piece in fact it will improve the condition. It can actually be used as often as needed.
