Hi all-
I purchased an i-lace last July and didn't do a good template for the base. (There were other issues with hair color and stuff, but we'll leave it at that.)
Anyway, This past March, I ordered another i-lace system with a good template. Beautiful hair, great curl, perfect fit BUT, the i-lace is WAY stiffer than my first one and VERY grayish and opaque. It looks really lame.
(The other i-lace is a lot softer and more transparent and not as thick, so it did not leave an obvious line.)
So bummed because I expected the same type of base.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to make this not look so obvious? Thanks

are u sure u have it attached right? it looks like its just laying on top of ur real hair. cause the front looks ok.

I do have it laying over my bio hair. I am not ready to shave yet.
The other i-lace was rather translucent and not as thick or gray, so there wasn't a real obvious change from lace to hair.

As far as the hairline goes, out in the sun (or bright light) there is a visible change from my forehead skin to the gray of the i-lace. I am trying to keep my bangs down as much as possible, but would really like to be able to go to the beach (where the wind is) or in a convertible and not have to worry about it being detected.

Other than the perimeter of this particular system, I think the "scalp" looks great and the hair is beautiful. Very silky.

yeah pictures can be misleading. Well.. u would know better then me, u have already had an i lace so u know the diff.

looks like u just need to trim to fit.but i dont know much about ilace.
