John, this has been 2 months since I ordered my system. I understand I called you 5 times in the past 2 weeks trying to track my order... I really need to get this tracked down. I am currently using my MHC system which is breaking down!!! I do not have a backup. I need the new toplace ASAP. This is urgent.

I've had a string of complications with receiving my piece but I wouldn't cast a storm over the heads of John and BA. I'm remaining patient even though it's frustrating sometimes to not have it by the said time. I still honor both men for being so helpful and resourceful...it's definitely not going to stop me from getting future pieces. Just chill down there buddy
GUYS i also think JOHN and BA are very helpful and I believe will still purchase from them in the future. BUt I cannot imagine myself going to work bald all of a sudden... if i can't go to work or go out to eat... i m going to die LOL!
fja "12-16 weeks" What are you talking about 12-14 weeks? Thats rediculous. This site and many other sites state 4-6 weeks, some 8 weeks. 12 weeks? 16 weeks??!!!

Yes mistakes are made and yes they make things right...I was stating(in english but can do it in french and spanish if you would understand those more clearly) that when a unit is dead and you are waitng, there is NO margin for error...
yes...i've waited 16 weeks for customs and had to buy a stock unit while waiting...
now you can run in here with your tail wagging presuming 8 weeks for normal orders...I will tell you UNEQUIVOCALLY you are asking for trouble
I think all you guys need to give up this tough guy attitude...you guys seem real tough behind your keyboards but I bet reality is something different...the man asked a question about his order...let him ask.
Look at the top of this forum--there is a toll free number. Just call me. This screaming on the forum is uncalled for. The purpose of the forum is to give advice, tips and suggestions to other users. Everyone take note---if you have question on an individual order call that toll free number--simple as. Don't ever use the forum for order questions.
