I would imagine french would have less fraying but in following Snipe's advice, dab a little knot sealer on there and you won't have any fraying at all. My first piece frayed after about two days from hitting it with the comb, this last piece with the knot sealer has no signs of fraying and i have been wearing it for over 2 months. |

thanks Rod. I thought I remembered something like that about the knot sealer last night while driving home. I will have to order some. But I am still curious if there is a difference.
